The Emerj360 team is committed to providing a high level of service to all clients while also giving them access to a digital platform. To best serve this group and to be able to provide individual financial planning, we have established our minimum at $50,000.
Emerj360 charges a fee based on Assets Under Management (AUM) that is 10 basis points a month, or 0.10 % a month. This is calculated monthly based on the account value(s) at that time. The fee is deducted from the designated account(s) each month.
No. We are not associated with any investment or insurance company. We don’t utilize any investments that have 12b-1 or load fees (revenue sharing agreements). We utilize low-cost Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) with no revenue sharing streams to construct portfolios.
Our planning process kicks off once your account is funded with at least $50,000. We will complete your initial financial plan with a CFP® and meet (virtually or in-person) at least once a year to review. You are always welcome to meet with us more often if something comes up.
Our CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ will work with you on your financial plan and any questions you have regarding your financial goals and how to achieve them. A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™ is a coveted financial certification awarded only after mastering financial planning skills proven with course-study and demanding examination.
Since Emerj360 is a division of Trust Point, we are also backed by 100+ years of financial know-how. We have credentialed people, from CPAs, to attorneys, that can bring a wide array of financial insights.
It means we are legally obligated to place your interest ahead of our own. Fiduciaries also must disclose their fees, how they’re compensated, and any other information related to potential conflicts of interest that might influence an individual’s decision to use their services. Emerj360 is free from any conflicts of interest in the investment options we provide to our clients.

AND the enhanced technology to be able to see your account performance, move money on your own, and have a platform to open additional accounts quickly and efficiently.
Emerj360 has a flat fee structure and we don’t collect commissions, sales charges, or 12b-1 fees which are common at other retail firms. The expense ratio for our portfolios is 0.08% which is compared to other firms who use higher-cost funds with higher expense ratios.
We utilize the Schwab Institutional Intelligent Portfolio (IIP) Platform to construct, monitor, and rebalance client portfolios. We also utilize their custodial services. Emerj360 does not sell any Schwab-related products or receive any revenue sharing for the utilization of Schwab related investments.
Emerj360 provides investment management as part of our service to you. Our portfolios undergo a rigorous due diligence process and are continually monitored and maintained. We use low-cost Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) to construct portfolios in relation to your risk tolerance and goals.
