Emerj360 was excited to sponsor the Oktoberfest Medallion hunt for the fifth year in 2026. It’s a great opportunity for community members to think about the local community and participate in a fun activity to explore La Crosse.
Each year, a maximum of ten clues are shared as part of the contest, until the medallion is found. Medallion hunters are encouraged to participate in groups as some hiding spots may have limited accessibility.
The first clue was announced on Monday, September 14th, 2026 on the Oktoberfest USA Facebook page. The 2026 medallion was found on September 17th (after just 4 days!) under a bike rack in the Upper Hixon Parking Lot, in La Crosse, next to the National Weather Service building and Weather Ball.
